eezi:edge

Plasterer's dot-dabbing bar/straight edge

Dot-dabbing with eezi:edge

"The eezi:edge rule is a solid, long lasting tool with a very handy measure down the one side, which makes cutting plasterboard very easy. While dot and dabbing, the extruded aluminium demonstrates its strength when levelling the boards to the walls, the 8ft was brilliant for skirting lines and tall jobs. It makes perfect sense for any plasterer to own a set."

Wayne Stacey, Professional Plasterer.

Using eezi:edge as a straight edge eezi:edge is an extra-thick extruded aluminium profile, ideal for plastering, yet suited to all manner of jobs.

For dot and dabbing, eezi:edge allows the extra leverage and impact necessary to ensure that the plasterboards are straight, upright and level. Ruled clearly along one side in both imperial and metric, eezi:edge doubles as a straight edge for cutting and measuring.

Plastering, glazing, bricklaying, fencing, landscaping, carpentry and fabrication - the list of useful eezi:edge applications goes on and on. In addition to the ruler, eezi:edge is marked with 'brick lines', dividing the length of the bar into units the size of a standard brick - a quick and handy reference which is especially useful for construction work.

eezi:edge kit

eezi:edge is easy to clean, and fitted with heavy-duty plastic end caps. These tough, durable caps prevent dirt and spoil from getting into the hollow profile and protect the tool and the surface you're working on from bumps and scrapes.

eezi:edge is available in lengths of 2, 4, 6 and 8 feet. Each kit is supplied in a hard-wearing carryall.

Each bar is made from 3.5mm extruded aluminium with a tolerance of at least 1:3000mm.
